Ingredients:
- - ½ tsp Wild Cherry Blossom Tea 
- - ½ tsp Sleep Tea
- - 1 drop vanilla extract (optional, calming & aromatic)
- - 1 small pinch of nutmeg
- - 1 tsp honey (optional)
Add both teas into a cup.
Pour hot water (185–195°F) over.
Steep for 4–5 minutes — avoid over-steeping to keep the floral notes soft.
Add honey and a tiny pinch of nutmeg.
Add 1 drop vanilla for a cozy bedtime aroma.
