Ingredients:

  • - ½ tsp Wild Cherry Blossom Tea 
  • - ½ tsp Sleep Tea
  • - 1 drop vanilla extract (optional, calming & aromatic)
  • - 1 small pinch of nutmeg
  • - 1 tsp honey (optional)
Step 1

Add both teas into a cup.

Step 2

Pour hot water (185–195°F) over.

Step 3

Steep for 4–5 minutes — avoid over-steeping to keep the floral notes soft.

Step 4

Add honey and a tiny pinch of nutmeg.

Step 5

Add 1 drop vanilla for a cozy bedtime aroma.
