Ingredients:
- - ½ tsp Spicy Apple Cinnamon Tea
- - ½ tsp Digest Tea
- - 1 thin slice fresh ginger
- - 1 small piece cinnamon stick (¼ inch)
- - 1-2 apple slices (optional, boost natural sweetness)
- - 1 tsp honey or jaggery (optional)
Add both teas, ginger, and cinnamon sticks into a cup.
Pour hot water (195–205°F) over the blend.
Steep for 5–6 minutes to infuse warming spices fully.
Add honey or jaggery if desired.
Add an apple slice on top for aroma.
