Ingredients:

  • - ½ tsp Spicy Apple Cinnamon Tea
  • - ½ tsp Digest Tea
  • - 1 thin slice fresh ginger
  • - 1 small piece cinnamon stick (¼ inch)
  • - 1-2 apple slices (optional, boost natural sweetness)
  • - 1 tsp honey or jaggery (optional)
Step 1

Add both teas, ginger, and cinnamon sticks into a cup.

Step 2

Pour hot water (195–205°F) over the blend.

Step 3

Steep for 5–6 minutes to infuse warming spices fully.

Step 4

Add honey or jaggery if desired.

Step 5

Add an apple slice on top for aroma.
