Ingredients:

  • - ½ tsp Blueberry Lavender Tea
  • - ½ tsp Immunity Tea
  • - 2–3 crushed blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • - 1 clove
  • - 1 tsp lemon juice (optional for brightness)
  • - ½ tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
Step 1

Add both teas, clove, and crushed blueberries into a cup.

Step 2

Pour hot water (190–200°F) over the mixture.

Step 3

Steep for 5–6 minutes.
